The Tällberg Foundation itself has no employees. The people developing and delivering the Tällberg Foundation activities and events work through Tällberg Advisors, a firm that acts as service provider to the Tällberg Foundation. Also, several members of the Tällberg Foundation board are actively involved in the operations.
In addition to the Tällberg Advisors team, a small "process faculty" with highly qualified and experienced members lead and coach the process of the Tällberg Forum. The Tällberg Foundation is also supported by an Advisory Board whose members have a longstanding experience with the Tällberg Foundation.
