Caroline is a consultant with Tällberg Advisors. In the build up of the Tällberg Forum, Caroline was responsible for external communications, including media and sponsor relations. More generally, Caroline brings extensive experience of social entrepreneurship, and of developments at the intersection of business and the social sector. This she applies in various client projects for Tällberg Advisors.

Caroline joins Tällberg Advisors after having served as head of the organisation Friends which was founded in 1997 to help schools set up a plan of action against bullying. Caroline has a background in communications and management and worked with companies on their values and social responsibilities. Prior to Friends, Caroline worked as marketing manager for Vision Direkt i Sverige AB and project manager at Föreningssparbanken AB.

Caroline has a Masters in Business Administration from Uppsala University. She has studied in the US and in Spain and worked in the Dominican Republic.
