Carl Mossfeldt is the executive vice president of the Tällberg Foundation with special responsibility for the strategic development in close cooperation with the chairman. Currently a major focus is on strategic issues related to sustainability, development and climate change.

Carl is also a frequent speaker and moderator at conferences and events where he brings his perspective to issues ranging from corporate strategy, the science of climate change to development and aid. Carl was recently named one of the top talents of Sweden by Veckans Affärer (Business Week of Sweden), referring to his leadership with the Tällberg Forum and his distinguished international career. He was the guest speaker on Think Globally Radio.

Carl started his career in strategy consulting for the financial services industry, first for First Consulting Ltd and later for Oliver, Wyman & Co. During his years with these companies, Carl was based in London but worked across Europe. He gained a thorough experience in developing strategies for global players in the insurance and banking industry.

Carl also worked as a teacher of Economics and Philosophy at the Mahindra United World College of India outside of Pune, India. During this time he was also involved in microfinance projects and was able to pursue his strong interest in development related issues.

Carl is a graduate of the United World College of the Adriatic in Italy and holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, and an M.Phil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
