"Creating social media solutions to rework the world," was presented by Carl Mossfeldt in cooperation with the Swedish Institute and Swedalex who hosted the follow-up meeting "From Ideas to Impact" for the participants of the Swedish Institute Young Leaders Visitors Program (YLVP).

To celebrate the World Environment Day 2009, Franska Institutet, Cinema Sture and the Tällberg Foundation had a special presentation of a new documentary film by Yann Arthus-Bertrand called "Home", in Stockholm, Sweden.

In September, the Tällberg Foundation in cooperation with Vinnova, held a seminar on frameworks for technological renewal at Skansen, Stockholm (event in Swedish).

"Can Humanity Stay on the Safe Side of Potentially Catastrophic Tipping Points?" - Tällberg Foundation in cooperation with SEI and IVA, held a seminar on the Planetary Boundaries article published in Nature on the 24 of September.

Workshop in Whence and Whither project: Planetary Boundaries: Can Humanity Stay on the Safe Side of Potentially Catastrophic Tipping Points?.

Seminar: 18 October
"Restoring Paradise" - Seminar around the new project Restoring Paradise on ecosystem restoration in the Middle East together with John Liu who shared his experience of filming a large-scale restoration of the Loess Plateau in China. Since 1997 John Liu has directed the Environmental Education Media Project (EEMP), which uses television to deliver ecological, sustainable development and public health messages in China and other countries.

(in Swedish) Klimatspelet - Sätt dig i Obamas, Hu Jintaos eller Reinfeldts skor och förhandla fram ett bra klimatavtal med hjälp av världens ledande klimatspel - Du deltar i genrep inför klimatmötet i Köpenhamn. Eventet ägde rum i Stockholm.

The artist Ane Brun in collaboration with Tällberg Foundation joined the 350 global day of action with the concert - "No more lullabies", in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Rework India meeting was part of the preparations for the 5th Global Youth Employment Summit, (Rework Sweden 2010). The Rework India meeting brought together a number of key Indian partners who are already advancing promising initiatives, green business models and technologies, and seeks to leverage and support their visions by adding youth momentum to the vision of scale.

Tällberg Conversation: 9 December
On the theme "Provoking a political tipping point: What global deal is needed if we take the science seriously?" Tällberg Foundation launched the publication: “Grasping the climate crisis: A Provocation from the Tällberg Foundation”, in Poznan, Poland.
