Tällberg Foundation is the organization behind the Tällberg Forum and its concept. It is a not-for-profit organization set up in 1981 by Bo Ekman. Since then, it has organized annual workshops in Tällberg, bringing together people from all over the world and all sectors of society in open creative conversations on the big themes of our times.

The board of the foundation in 2004-2005 consisted of:

• Göran Collert, Honorary Chairman of Swedbank
• Bo Ekman, Founder of Tällberg Foundation and President, Nextwork

The Tällberg Foundation itself has no employees. Instead, Nextwork, a consulting company working in the area of business environment analysis and the strategic management of change, acts as service provider to the Tällberg Foundation.

The Tällberg Forum 2005 project team included the following people from Nextwork

Subhash Agrawal, India Focus, Marcello Palazzi, The Progressio Foundation, James M. Wine, The Appeal of the Nobel Peace Laureates Foundation, Maria Larsdotter Darke, Sara Ersson, Linn Kjällman and Ann Törnvall were also part of the project team.

A small “process faculty” with highly qualified and experienced members lead and coached the process of the Tällberg Forum 2005.

The project has also supported by an Advisory Board whose members have had a longstanding experience with the Tällberg Foundation.
