The Tällberg Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 1981 registered in Tällberg, Dalarna. The purpose of the Foundation is to develop knowledge, understanding and insights into the change patterns and the need for renewal of global society through the organizing of workshops, the Tällberg Forum, education programs and publishing, and in advisory capacities.

The Tällberg Foundation Service AB (TFSAB):
The Tällberg Foundation has a wholly-owned subsidiary called the Tällberg Foundation Service AB (TFSAB) and it is the operational arm. The purpose of the company’s activity is to manage and oversee the operational efficiencies of projects and services decided by and for the Tällberg Foundation such as the Tällberg Forum, workshops and seminars, leadership education and publication. In addition, the company can carry out other activities consistent with the above after consultation with the Foundation board.
